2. Payment Authorization and Security
- Secure Transactions:

Order Cancellation by XenFast:

- Refund Process:

1 – UPI/Digital Wallets: 24-48 hours.
2 – Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days.
3 – Net Banking: 3-5 business days.
4 – COD: Refunds for COD orders will be processed as a wallet balance or bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer).
- Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for refunds.
Payment Disputes
- Unauthorized Transactions:
If you believe a transaction on your account was unauthorized or incorrect, please report it to our customer service team immediately.
Investigations will be conducted, and appropriate action will be taken based on the findings. - Dispute Resolution:
